Quality Management
Our dedicated team of Project Managers works with our Contracts Manager on every aspect of flooring, to ensure that each contract runs smoothly, from the initial estimate to completion. After all, our reputation for reliability, good practice and exceptional workmanship is dependent on the good relationship we have with all our clients.
We send out a Quality Control form at the end of each job, and the forms are checked and shown to the fitters and the management team, to make sure that feedback is appreciated and acted upon. We only use tried and tested products, from the initial preparation of the sub-floor, to flooring and finishing.

Key Floors has been a member of the Contract Flooring Association for many years.
We have recently become a member of the National Specialist Contractors Council (NSCC).
Under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme we are proud to hold a Gold Standard Certificate of Commitment to Construction Skills, reflecting the companys achievement and commitment with over 75% of the workforce registered with CSCS relevant cards.
Key Floors is an Approved Trader in the Hampshire County Council Buy with Confidence scheme which means that we have been independently checked by staff from the local authority Trading Standards Service against the Scheme rules.
